CVS Pharmacy - Photo

I am switching pharmacies. This is the 2nd time that I have gotten liquid antibiotics for my child and they didn't give me enough. I KNOW that I gave her the right doses with the right amount. I think they're not reconstituting it with enough water making it not make the correct ml. I put it out to my local mom's group on Facebook that this was happening and three other women using this same pharmacy said it has happened to them multiple times a piece, too! I will be switching to a different local pharmacy immediately. The pharmacist was very rude when I went in to speak to him about it.
TERRIBLE! We have been going there since May after moving and have had all kinds of bad experiences including everytime a doctor faxes in a presciptions, they clam not to have received it. Then when I complain the manager tells me I call and complaintoo much!!! We are changing pharmacies.
I've been using the pharmacy for a while now. No complaints at all in that area. Today I finally decided to use their photo lab. Well...that's where I went wrong. I got an email saying my photo book was ready early, so I went to pick it up with my 2 year old. When we got there we were met by a woman named Manuela, but to be honest I am not even sure that's her real name. She wasn't wearing a name tag and she gave me her name after all this happened. So it could have been fake. Who knows. She very rudely told me that it wasn't ready yet. No "I'm sorry" or "Would you mind waiting?" Nothing. It was basically like I was inconveniencing her by coming too early. When I told her I received an email that it was ready, all she said is "Well, it's not". Um...okay. So then she told me to wait and went to get it ready for me. But instead she made a stop at one of her colleagues (her name was Jillian-I know for a fact) and started talking about how the order was just made and I shouldn't be here yet. It was loud enough where I could actually hear them. She did not have to do that, nor make that unnecessary stop to complain while I am standing right there holding a 2 year old. So from there on out, she was extremely rude. When I asked to speak to the manager she started to argue with me. He finally came over and did absolutely nothing. All he said was he will take care of it. Then she made me stand in another line while she checked people out that were after me. It was pretty much awful. I will not be purchasing any more of my photos here and I am highly thinking about taking my prescriptions elsewhere too.
Why, why, why do you have your recorded message call me to tell me my prescription is ready to pick up, then, when I get there it is NEVER ready!!? It has not been submitted for refill, it's not in the system and obviously NOT ready for me to pick up! If I wanted to wait 45 minutes, I would just walk in cold and ask for a refill. This happens repeatedly and yes I have complained politely and not so politely, but it continues to happen. I will say that everyone is very nice. But, you need a better 'system'.
The photolab has terrible quality prints and doesnt take responsibility for the shotty printing. Also the manager is extreamly disrespectful. Customer service is not a priority, however, putting the blame on you for any inconviences and bad work on their behalf they stress. Will not be returning to this one again.
