Horrible! I'm not sure how they stay in business. I had my teeth cleaned and a filling put in. Seems basic, right? First, they wouldn't take my second policy with Delta dental. They didn't even file with insurance until after the appointment. So of course, I overpaid. Then I was told, 'they don't HAVE to file with my insurance, they did it as a courtesy' wth? After 2 calls to the insurance company and several calls to Dr. Kurl's office, they finally admitted they owed me a refund check (after being paid TWICE by Delta dental Insurance.) So now, they want to send me a MONEY ORDER for my refund, but just called and asked that I pick it up because they can't be responsible if it's lost in the mail! Unbelievable..... I've been to at least 10 dentists' offices over the years and never experienced this. I find this to be very unprofessional and second rate at best.
