Dr. Kankaria and his staff makes me feel welcome every time I visit their office. They work pretty much on schedule. Office is nice and clean, convenient for the area residents. Dr. Kankaria spends as much time as needed. No rush, no pressure to buy frames etc from his place. Even though they offer wide varities of frames and lenses at a competative pricing. I highly recommand this place for all your and your families eye care needs.

I have had 2 experiences with this location. My first visit was in May 2012. Upon my arrival, I was greeted professionally, offered refreshments and was taken care of immediately. Dr. K. had a warm personality and took time with my visit. He was very detailed and told me what my issues were & told me that he could customize a RX for me. I have had issues in the past were I could see, but not as good as what he formulated for me. I was very happy! I just assumed that my vision was too complicated for the eye docs I had seen before, to really get it right. There were no issues with my contacts & glasses, I was told when to pick them up and service was the same as before. ** My second experience with Dr, K. was April 2013. I took my 86 yr old father in for an issue that 2 other doctors said in the past 5 yrs was due to "old age" and each time he was given nothing or no diagnosis. He was just left to suffer with this. So I took him in, I thought Dr. K. might be able to "fix" it. When I took my father in, I was greeted once again with a warm welcome, refreshments & was taken care of immediately, this time only management was different. They assisted my elderly father with loving hands & made him comfortable. Dr. K. gave him a detailed exam, took his time with my father, gave him the educational view on why & how this happened and that there was a positive hope for him, so he didn't have to suffer. He gave him 3 RX's to take and very soon my father was feeling a difference and relief. If your looking for quality and a personal relationship with an eye doctor, Dr, K & his team has those values at hand.

Ever since I started working at Vision Source, I've really have learned a lot. It's made me closer to the community and I'm enjoying getting to know new people, and learning optical care.The people that I work with here are wonderful, friendly, and caring, and I can't wait to start my journey here. It's brought me happiness, and I am so thankful for this opportunity. Vision Source has made an impact in my life, and I hope to take this experience with me and grow from it.

I definitely DO NOT recommend this eye doctor. My last eye doctor without insurance was a hundred dollars less than this place. I went in my first day asked how much it would be they said "ohh your insurance should cover it" Afterwards they tell me I owe them two hundred something dollars?! I went there for 5 months and they STILL have not gotten my prescription correct! We are a military family so now we are moving and I have no contacts. Also, after having to bring it up many times I finally talked to the doctor and was told I had been over charged $173! If I hadn't known something was up I would have been out all that money. Carolyn (The manager I believe) said on many times she would call me and let me know when my contacts were in so I could try them on...never received any calls. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I had my first eye exam here, and the service was great. Everybody was so helpful and welcoming. I am definitely going back next year.
