This place is wonderful. I am not sure why the office has these negative reviews, but I can tell you that after visiting I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Markus saw my son, and I saw Dr. Glenz. Both doctors are very thorough and professional, and the staff promised our eyewear in 2 weeks; however, we received both pair in less than 7 days!!! I am so pleased!!
I saw the ratings and thought maybe people were picky. NO! These people are horrible. They don't call when order comes in, they don't order when they say they will and the Dr can't be bothered to even test you with contact trials before they send you out the door in them. They just tell you to try and let them know..even when you say you cant see. Ladies up front are rude and unprofessional..my stomach hurt everytime I called them..
This is about the poorest run service oriented business I have ever used. The front desk help is rude, they don't care about the customers, can't even adjust a pair of glasses. You would think as much money as people have to spend on glasses they would try harder to keep those customers, wanting them to return. We will never return. Their front desk is so poorly run and inefficient. Where is the great help they use to have that acknowledged you the minute you walked in busy or not. Poor, poor, poor, if there was a zero rating that is what I would give.
