I have gone from frustrated to angry. First I had trouble getting my RX sent to the pharmacy, or getting a call back from the office. The office staff never answers the phone. You get put through to an answering service that sounds like some lady driving down the road on her cell phone. When you do get in contact with the office, they are belligerent and unhelpful. If you go into the office, things are a little better and I did get that issue worked out. I told them at the time that I would never come back and I thought that was the end of it. Then I received the bill. My insurance covers 100% of a yearly physical. I have bcbs. My bill has a $30 co-pay and was submitted to Aetna? Who’s account did they submit it to? Did someone else’s treatment get billed to my insurance? I don’t know because they didn’t even have the lousy answering service working yesterday. Today I was told they were out to lunch. I will have to go to the office after “lunch” to straighten this out. Never go here.

Can I give less than 1? This clinic is stuck in the stone ages. They hold your lab work hostage so the can get another copay out of you. I am new to the area but once I get my labs this will be the LAST time I ever come here.... and will tell everyone I know to avoid it like the plague. Have never met a clinic staff more rude and uncaring. I have been a nurse practitioner for 12 years. I KNOW what a good clinic should be. Had hopes to find a clinic close to home. Keep the business local, guess I will be driving to Corpus.
