Last week, after having dealt with some of the worst pain I have ever had in my life, I finally called this Chiropractor, hoping for some relief. I got an appointment right away, for the next afternoon, a Thursday. I came in that day, filled out required new paitent forms, and was taken to an exam room. I met with Dr. Schmid, and he asked me a few questions. Then he took me back for an x-ray. After 2 views, he told me he would see me back on Monday to go over a treatment plan. He said he understood I was in pain, so I should put ice on my hip. Then he sent me to his receptionist to schedule something. I was fuming. I was supposed to wait the entire weekend? I made an appointment for Monday. When I came back in, I was taken to a little room, with a couple of chairs and a tv. The doctor came in, showed me my x-rays, then went over my "treatment plan" consisting of 24 visits in the next 3 months. My payment, out of pocket, after insurance? $2800.00. But he has 3 easy payment plans, if paying it all today was too much. I told him at that price I couldn't have any treatments. Once again, I was basically sent to his receptionist, who told me "well, maybe next year!" SO I saw the chiropractor twice, he never once offered to help me with my severe pain, he never treated me in any way, and made it clear that if I couldn't pay his fees, I needed to just move along. Great way to run a business, maybe, but not a very compassionate way to treat someone in pain.

I was rear ended in a car accident and turned to my local chiropractor for help. Dr Schmid's staff is very frinedly and knowledgable. I was treated by Dr Schmid for about 12 weeks. At the end of my treatment I was back to living life again virtually pain free. Lauren at the front desk was always helpful with answering my questions and dealing with various insurance companys. Dr Baker at Schmid Chiropractic relieved my back and hip pain and I continue to see him on a regular basis as part of my personal maintenance plan. I love that every appointment includes stretching and strengthening exercises in addition to the adjustments. The monthly informational get togethers are very beneficial and a nice way to meet other people benefiting from this great office's services. Everyone in the office is so helpful and a joy to work with.

I first went to Schmid Chiropractic for a neck problem that had lasted for 1.5 years. Dr. Baker was able to help rid me of my pain, he has also helped me with my lower back pain.
