Dr Harney is great....if you ever get a chance to see her. I've only had the pleasure of seeing her once. I called this morning (11/21/14) to set up an emergency appointment. I was put on hold and forgotten about. I called several times and the phone would either go to a fax number or someone would pick up but never say anything. The one time I got through to speak to someone, they put me on hold without pressing the hold button so I heard all conversation with checking-out patients. I stayed on hold for 7 minutes until they finally hung up on me. Dr Harney needs a new reception staff...point blank!

Dr. Harney was great to work with and genuinely seemed to care about all of my questions. She is a very intelligent and kind woman! I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.
