They were patient with my skeptical attitude when it came to pricing and insurance coverage because I have been burned in the past with unexpected X-ray pricing and so forth. I don't like going to the dentist, but I went for an emergency tooth extraction at 380 Family Dentistry. Dr. Travis Campbell and the staff are outstanding, beautiful office, massage chair to sit in while getting work done, and even your own personal TV. Every dental office I've gone to over the last 20 years has been very pushy with additional cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Campbell is mostly concerned with helping each patient, not trying to dig in to your wallet.

I have always been a little reluctant to go to the Dentist ever since I was a little kid. Maybe it was because I would get lectured and made to feel like a failure when it came to my dental care. So you can imagine how difficult it is for me when I need to find a new dentist. Now, when I moved to Dallas and found one I liked I thought I would never leave him. However, my family moved north to Frisco and it just became real hard to take 3 hours out of my day to make the trip into Dallas. Lucky for me though I met Dr. Travis Campbell and decided to give him and his staff a chance. Best decision I have ever made! The first visit they made me feel welcome and like I had been with them for years as a patient. I can't say enough good things about them. I mean not only are they extremely professional and friendly but they use the latest technology in Dental care to make sure you get the best service and care. I will say it again, "I could not recommend a better Dentist then Dr. Travis! If you have a fear or reluctance in seeing a Dentist then 380 Dentistry is your place to go because they specialize in making your time there pleasant and comforting! First, let me say that I do like DR Campbell he is one of the better dentists that I have visited. Where this place is really lacking is the billing. After not going in to see him in over a year, we got a statement that just said "You owe us $$$". It took several calls and emails to get an itemized statement, where the various amounts billed do not even add up to the amount they say we owe. Also, the services they saw we owe them for were preformed more than a year ago!
