Master Eye Associates

Shop around, I can never use my insurance with them. They state that they supposedly provide better discounts on frames and glasses than what it would cost me to use my insurance. It doesn't make any sense, since that's the purpose of insurance, to provide you a better price at a discount. If anyone knows how to get around this selling tactic, please post.

Everyone was very helpful and explained everything to me very well. I was a walk in and even though they were busy my wait was not a long as anticipated. Thanks again for all your help.

Dr.Lubeck was not thorough and my exam was rushed. I had to go back a second time to get my prescription changed by another doctor.

I was quoted $139 to receive an exam for glasses and contacts. When I went to pay my bill, I was charged an extra $80 because I was fitted for multifocal contacts. I was not told upfront about this extra charge and would not have been fitted for the lenses had I known. The way the office manager remedied the situation was to take away my trial lenses, take away my prescription for the multifolcal lenses and make me wait for another exam to get regualr contact lenses. Only after I relinquished the prescription was the quoted price honoured. BAIT and SWITCH!

My family and I have our eyes examined at master eye associates every year and have never been disappointed. Victoria and Dr. Neal go above and beyond to meet our needs. My daughter's trials are custom lenses and were taking a lot of time to come in so they gave us several pairs of contacts to use until they came in. They also ordered a few extra pairs for us to make up for the time that we waited. I'm always very impressed with the excellent customer service.
