I would rate this company as a Negative10!!! When you go in, before they will complete your procedure, they tell you that your insurance copay is XX, and they will take a check right now! I trusted that they knew their business, and verified my insurance. However, they do not know what they are doing, and collected over $150 more than they should have. I have called numerous times over the last 6-8 weeks and keep getting told that you will have your check in a couple of days. (more like a couple of years) Don't go to Round Rock Imaging. They are liars, and they don't know what they are doing! Also, they obviously cannot be trusted to pay their bills!
