I love Sam's but the last two times I have went to purchase something it has been very disappointing. The first time I was purchasing pizza. I was needing 7-10 pizzas and they told me they were out of boxes. I would like to do this frequently, but would need reliability. The second time I wanted a tray of turkey wraps or something of that nature. I did not get very good product information or pricing and ended up going elsewhere. Third time, They came through! Timely, Correct, with good Customer Service. I hope this is the new trend Again, I love shopping here! But good service is a must. Hopefully it will be a 5 star soon.

Standard Sams Club. The prices are hit and miss with its competitors. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. I was able to get in and out with everything I intended to buy without any hassle.

The phone just rings and rings and rings. Do people work there? If they do, they are not answering the phone!

Wish the staff are friendlier & answer the in a timely manner. Have no choice but to shop as there are some items specifically for SAMS.

Tried Calling several times to get some information but no answer. Tried 10 times and even tried calling another location and no luck there either. Why is Costco better hmm let me think!!!!!!! I am glad I am not renewing my membership at Sam's.
