I would highly recommend this location. Best experience I have ever had at a medical facility. Had a terrible toothache late at night and assumed I would have to wait until the morning. They saw me at 8pm, addressed all my concerns, provided quality care and above all made me feel at ease and comfortable. The lovely young lady with the Russian name (I apologize for not recalling it) was professional and attentive. Look no further for quality dental care!

This was the WORST experience ever! There was an older lady, that was soo rude! She had no bedside manners, whatsoever! She was impatient, she had a bad attitude and she was very disrespectful. Then, I met Dr. Austin, this man, is the rudest, doctor, ever! He had a big stick, up his butt! To top it all off, his diagnosis was WRONG! After leaving this place, I went to another dental office, called, The Tooth Doctor, on Bandera RD. This place was completely opposite! They were nice and they seemed, like they cared. This doctor had a completely different diagnosis! Any who, she really took care of me, and their staff was very professional. To make a long story short! DON'T EVER GO TO THIS DENTIST! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
