Terrible service! The Doctor is going through the motions, not very personable. Picked frames from a limited selection and was never called when they arrived. When picking them up the receptionist handed them over but did not have me try them on to check on adjustments. Less than 2 months later the enamel on frames started to bubble and peel. The receptionist said she'd order a defective replacement pair. Again I received no phone calls but was told they were on back order when I came in a few weeks later. A few more weeks after that i dropped by again and the receptionist told me she saw them come in before she went on vacation but the Doctor must have put them out on display and sold them. Long story short, I've continued to check back with them because they don't call and I keep getting stories about back order, etc. 2 1/2 months later I tell them I need this resolved, they should let me chose another frame from what they have in stock. The receptionist said she would ask the Doctor and call me back. I told her if I didn't hear back by Monday I would start writing negative reviews and contact the BBB and the Spring Branch Chamber of Commerce. So today is Monday, no attempt to reach me, and I have crappy glasses with peeling frames. I will continue my fight until I get some satisfaction, but save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where they care about service and return customers, not Bulverde Eye Care!
