Went here after visiting my doctor for an inflamed bicep tendon. My first five visits were fine and I made progress. On my sixth visit, the therapist came up with idea of having me throw a weighted ball even though I stated I had not done so in years because it hurt so I did for five minutes, and the next day I could not move my shoulder. I endured a month and a half of pain hoping it would heal before seeing a specialist who discovered I had a severe tear of my rotator cuff so I'm typing this one handed as I'm recovering from surgery. Enough said
