I was in a lot of pain, and the staff got me in the same day I called. Dr. Jacobson was so good at answering my questions. I was having referred pain so every tooth on the right side, top and bottom was screaming pain. Dr. Jacobson started me on an antibiotic to help localize the pain. It worked and the next day they got me in for a root canal on a top wisdom tooth that was functioning as a 2nd molar. Dr. Jacobson made sure I was as comfortable as possible through the whole procedure, even taking extra time administering the anesthesia so it wouldn't smart so much. There was a pillow under my neck and they propped my mouth open with something on the opposite side from my root canal that allowed my jaw to relax. It took about an hour. There was no bruising or swelling, and it only took Motrin and a few days before I was back to normal. Dr. Jacobson has a calmness about his demeanor and takes great care of his patients in a professional and timely manner. Even though his office is 'upscale', his prices are reasonable. I would recommend Dr. Jacobson to all my friends and family members.
