I called on 6/18/09 in the morning at 8:45AM. Nancy asked me to call back as she (the dental hygienist?) was with a patient as was Dr. Fraites. I did so just after 9AM and scheduled a dental cleaning for that afternoon at 2PM. I arrived ten minutes before 2PM and quickly completed the new patient paperwork. Then I waited... and waited. At 2:50PM I decided to leave. No one had come to the waiting room to let me know how long the wait might be or why I was not being seen. I was extremely disappointed with such shoddy service from a dentist and told Nancy that I was leaving because I "had other things to do." If you have better things to do than wait 1 hour for a non-appointment, I suggest you make an appointment with another dentist.
