I came to Dr Hazel with a chronic shoulder pain injury. Dr Hazel laid out a plan of rehab to strengthen my shoulder, along with anti-inflammatory medication. I saw him monthly, while he monitored progress. It improved but the pain did not go away. After exhausting these efforts in 8 months or so, surgery became the only option. It was clear the Dr Hazel wanted to exhaust every option before resorting to surgery. I had the rotator cuff decompression surgery, and my arm and shoulder were completely healed. I was able to resume full racquet sports and normal activities. It's been over 10 years now, and I'm still fine. Thank you Dr. Hazel.
