despite ALL the NEGATIVE comments about this chain, i wanted to like them my last visit they said everything was fine. they literally spent less than 5 minutes cleaning my teeth, then this visit? they pitch me on screenings..which i decline. this pisses em off. so they tell me im one step away from major periodontal work....then when i confront them on how such a drastic change can happen so fast, they lie and hand me another story. then, again, they spend less than 5 minutes cleaning my teeth. . when i went to leave, the asst and hygenist blocked the door. they used guilt, intimidation and fear tactics one after the next to get me to do what they wanted.. I will NEVER deal with this company again.

I had no problems there. Everyone was nice and it was a normal, clean and polite environment. Plus they are open on Saturdays which is the only time we can go. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because ... well, who the hell gives a dentist 5 stars? It's a dentist. :)

It's all bells and whistles! Don't fall for these scam artists. Yes, they are nice, and yes their office is nice, but they will rob you blind! Not only do they recommend VERY unnecessary procedures (root canals and crowns for every tooth), they overcharge and they add your insurance co-payment to the bill, rather than subtracting it! Either they are idiots that can't do simple math, or they are out for every dishonest dollar they can get out of you. Find a real dentist, you will pay 90% less for the same service.

Dr. Rocha did all of my dental work at the Richmond location and she was wonderful. She and her staff were very caring and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and modern and they even have tv's and massage chairs to make you more comfortable! I highly recommend this office.
