The staff here is excellent; I had acute back pain and they were able to fit me in the same day. Mitch worked on my back, was very knowlegeable, and gave me some tips for what I could do at home that evening. He even came in early the next day in order to fit in a follow-up! The billing dept worked with me on payments; I couldn't be happier with the service I recieved at Harbor Physical Therapy.

I sis not have a problem with the PT but I did have a problem with the billing dept. I was charged for a "No Show" when I was not a no show. I had a family emergency and called in to the office to let them know that I was in the middle of a family emergency and that I could make it to my appt. but was not in a good frame of mind. I was told not to worry about coming in and to just take care of the family emergency. A month later I got my bill in the mail it did not have any charge for the day of my family emergency, and made my first payment. Then 3 months later I got another bill with a $25.00 charge for a no show on the day of my family emergency and when I wrote to them explaining what had happened when I called and that I had been told not to worry about coming in....they mailed me back a letter and a copy of a form I signed saying $25 charge for a no show. They refused to erase the charge even though there staff told me not to worry about coming in.
