i am a dental assistant / dental biller , and also a patient at this office . before i even stepped foot in there i already knew they were shady . my mother showed me her wilamette statement and described the treatment that she received , as it turns out they were billing her insurance for one thing for more money and telling her it was for another and charged her credit card for missed appointments that she never made . still , i decided to give it a go as this was the only office at the time accepting my insurance . i didn't mention to anyone my position in the dental field ( i know we hate it when patients come in and tell us how to do our job !) and had my exam and xrays done . then she told me she needed to redo an xray or two because i was "biting too hard" - this isn't even a possible reason that would affect an xray . she didn't get the right angle and had to re-do it , then tried to pass it off as my fault ! i needed a couple small fillings and got them done quickly , but ever since then i have had problems with sensitivity . i had to have the dentist i work for redo each and every one . i would NEVER recommend anybody go here and my experience was terrible .
