I had a partial made prior to moving to Spokane. I was not happy with it. I called, Miller Dental Lab and tried to see what they had to offer. They insisted, they only worked with the dentist and not the public. They wanted to call dentist and confirm what he wanted. I stated; I was only interested in seeing what they had too offer for partials and get a better fit. They acted as they were paying the bill. They would not even offer that option. I have talked to other labs and they were happy to consider letting me see there products.
