I have filled my prescriptions at this pharmacy for about a year. The service has always been so-so, but it's close to my house so it's worked. Recently, I was sold an ineffective generic drug from this pharmacy. The next day I learned that the generic version was more expensive than the name brand version of the drug. When I asked if they would honor the mistake and give me the correct name brand version, the associate informed me that, "He could not read my mind and they wouldn't absorb the cost of the mistake." The associate then informed me that they would cover the cost of the difference, but would not exchange the item. However, I would never have purchased the generic version if I had known the name brand item was cheaper- a courtesy you would expect a pharmacy to provide. Eventually, the associate told me, "Fine, I'll just lose money on this and I'll be out the cost!" Unfortunately, this is where customer service goes to die- buyer beware.
