Just called to schedule an eye exam. I usually don't make negative reviews, but I talked to an extremely rude person when trying to schedule my appointment. Completely unpleasant phone conversation. I asked if there was an availability for tomorrow and she barked that there were no openings. She could have been somewhat polite about it.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The staff is rude, and unhelpful to the point of actually making it harder then it should be. Basic customer service skills such as a simple "thank you" are lacking. The only good point was the Optometrist herself, she was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Sadly the rest of the staff isn't worth a hoot. Not only will i not go back to the store at all, I'll warn anyone I know that is needing vision care to stay away from Walmart in Germantown, WI>
