"I reached out to Natasha last year last year to deal with relationship issues compounded by an unsolicited career change. For the longest time I thought I could deal with the issues, both anger and frustration and there were always friends who were willing to listen or provide advice. Friends have the best intentions but you can’t always open up fully nor do they want to contradict you. Reaching out to Natasha was the best thing I did last year as she allowed me to have open honest discussions. Talking about issues I never would raise with my spouse or friends. Natasha put me through some mental exercises that forced me to separate fact from fiction and really helped me to expose issues troubling me and providing me with potential solutions. I feel 100% better and face things with my prior employer differently without the anger or frustration. I also appreciated that Natasha doesn’t try to have the sessions go on indefinitely. We held the number of sessions we both felt was appropriate and I am always free to reach out as needed."
