Cityview Dental

Good dentists and a very friendly gum specialist. Just be careful and ensure you ask for the full price of the dental cleaning as they sometimes do more than the standard without informing you of the extra costs associated with it.
Started visiting this dentist 2.5 years ago with no cavities. Within 6 months of visiting they told me I had to get the sealant on 8 of my teeth re-done as it had started to disintegrate. I got this work done. Two years after, the dentist told me I had cavities that needed to be filled ASAP. I asked what the procedure was because I had never had cavities filled. The dentist told me I did have cavities, what did I think I had done 2 years ago when they fixed 8 teeth? They never once told me they were filling cavities during that time. And now I find out I have 8 more cavities. 0 to 16 cavities in 2.5 years? I went to get a second opinion and was told that 6 of the 8 "new cavities" were just stain and the remaining 2 were surface cavities that could be taken care of without freezing (which I was told at CityView I would need), and that I could get them done at my next cleaning. I will never be returning there because not only do they not tell you the work they are doing on your teeth, they also try to scam you into paying them to do completely unnecessary work. Horrible.
I was referred from Dr. Poulos at Parkview Dental to Dr. Landzberg, the periodontist at Cityview Dental for a gum graft consultation. I only have positive things to say about my experiences at Parkview and Cityview. The appointments are always on time and the online scheduling and referral process is convenient and simple. The staff are friendly and work as a team going out of their way to take care of you and educate you about their observations and treatments. I trust them completely and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have been cityview once or twice and Trish is a very helpful and friendly dentist, and good looking, too. lol~
They try to recommend many services you don't need. Service is great, but unfortunately, the clinic is run purely on profits and they will pressure by telling you your teeth are in terrible shape. I ended up going to a different dental clinic and was reassured that I didn't need any of the services Cityview recommended. Stay away.
