Great service all the way around. The doctor listened and dealt with my sinus infection without a hitch.

The services they provided were less than satisfactory. They took an x-ray but had neither a doctor nor an x-ray tech on site to evaluate the x-rays. They charged $100 for what they identified as a lower leg splint, when in fact, all they did was place a piece of tape on my pinky toe. They charged $44.00 for what they called a surgical boot, which was nothing more than a $5 velcro wrap with a sole glued to the bottom of it. Then they advised me that upon filling out their forms I had agreed to let them charge my credit card months later for whatever balance remained after my insurance paid them what it did. On top of all that their lobby and room were disgusting. Not only would I never use them again, but I would advise others to avoid them as well.

IVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR 2 YEARS AND THEY NEVER LET ME DOWN AS A MATTER OF FACT IM GOING THERE TODAY TO SEE MY FAVORITE DR DR JEFFREY WILLDEN, HE TRULY UNDERSTAND AND CARES ABOUT MY MEDICAL SITUATION AND HISTORY ALONG WITH HIS STAFF THEY ARE SO COMPASSIONATE AND WILLING TO HELP WITH PATIENTS WITH THEIR BILLING PROBLEMS, AS FOR DR WILLDEN HE SHOULD GET A RAISE CAUSE EVERTYHING HE SAYS TURNS OUT TOO BE TRUE HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, CARING AND TAKES APPROPRIATE ACTION TO MAKE SURE I FEEL BETTER IN ANY WAY. WHEN I GO THERE I LEAVE WITH A HUGE SMILE ON MY FACE EVEN WHEN THINGS ARENT LOOKING SO GOOD FOR ME BY FAR THE BEST DOCTOR, STAFF, AND URGENT CARE IN AZ NOT JUST SAYING THAT THATS THE HONEST TRUTH HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IN MY BOOK. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO MAKE SURE HIS OR THEIR DIAGNOSIS IS AS ACCURATE AS MEDICALLY POSSIBLE IS ON POINT, AND DR WILLDEN SO FAR HAS STEPPED UP TO THOSE EXPECTATIONS. I CONSIDER MYSELF VERY LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND A MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT LIKE URGENT CARE EXTRA EMPHASIS ON EXTRA PERFECT NAME FOR THIS URGENT CARE. EXTRA CARE EXTRA TIME, AND EXTRA HUMAN. THX U SOOOOOO MUCH EVERYONE AT URGENT CARE EXTRA VAL VISTA AND GUADALUPE LOCATION AND TO DR JEFFREY WILLDEN THE COMMUNITY NEEDS A DR AND PEOPLE LIKE THE STAFF THERE, DONT EVER CHANGE ALWAYS PUT THE PATIENT 1ST LIKE U HAVE BEEN NO MATTER WHAT OTHER REVIEWS SAY. Best place I've ever been ever. My son has autism and had a 105 fever all weekend sweating crying coughing you name it, I brought him in and I kid you not of the 100s of drs ive seen for my sons autism The nurse Laurie and the other 2 women on staff were AMAZING with him. They acted like it was their kid and got him to do things no DR could get him to do without a huge fight. They even gave him the medicine on the spot and had us stay to see if he had a reaction and I cannot tell you what that feels like for a mother of child with Austim. So pleased.

Worst place for medical care, first of all you pay up front, before seeing a physician second you don't even see a physician you see a physicians assistant. When I saw him I showed him a rash I had, he told me I literally have no idea what this is, your guess is good as mine, but Ill give a prescription for some cream we'll see what happens. So I'm thinking ok why did I pay this guy, he knows nothing about my problem, he told me I don't know any more than you do on this good luck. By the way the cream he gave me did nothing, Im off to spend another 100 bucks at another physician. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY SEE A REAL DOCTOR.....
