the address is a home in Mesa, no Better Business Bureau listing, bs web site. lots of complaints about harassing phone calls.

This place is a total sham. Don't give money, because they aren't using it for anything worthwhile. They won't give you statistics, and lie about what your money is being used for. I got taken the first time - because I'm a big breast cancer research money giver. They just called me again, and this time I was ready to say no. Do your research, and please give to a legitimate breast cancer non-profit.
