I am currently sitting in this office. When I arrived there was one gentleman who since has left and one lady. When I asked to see how long, I was told there was still 7 people ahead of me. I dont even know.where.these people are

Yeah, this place is the worst urgent care that I have been too. The wait is ridiculous, the service once you get seen is ok. The worst part is they have no clue how bad they are!!

Don't come here if you need care that is urgent. Wow the wait is ridiculous. I waited for an hour and 15 min and I have yet to see anyone ahead of me.

After waiting for an hour and 15 minutes. I asked how much longer this would take, I had somewhere I needed to be. The woman at the front desk went into the back asked, and told me they were working on my discharge paperwork. Discharge paperwork? I hadn't seen a doctor yet. So she went into the back again. Came back and told me it would be another 45 minutes. I just left. I wasn't going to wait for 2 hours in an almost empty waiting room, before talking to someone.

Dr.Soo was very helpful & didn't rush us at all. He took extra time making sure my son was taking in fluids & let my 4yr old rest in a back exam room for a few hours till he felt he was keeping his fluids down. Both nurses were very friendly & caring. I have always had a good experience here & drive a little further to get here, but it is worth it.. thank you for your help!!
