When I first went in, I dealt with someone other than Dr. Pat. The experience was HORRIBLE. I got my new glasses and I couldn't see anything! I went back in today with a major headache from my new glasses and dealt with Dr. Pat. He was one of the most professional people I've ever had help me. He quickly realized my prescription was wrong and rechecked me even though I didn't have an appointment. He got me the correct lenses and gave me a GREAT deal on a pair of sunglasses. I will be a loyal patient from here on out!
