It's true most of the time the people working there are helpful and genuinely interested in your well being but the pharmacy portion is the worst place ever to get a prescription. We live a few blocks a way and rarely get prescriptions but when we do we find ourselves going there because of convenience. But every time we do we regret it because they take so long and the people behind the pharmacy counter are rude and could care less about your time. I just went there today. I gave them my prescription. He said it would be 20 minutes. I went and ran some errands, came back, and they were busy but no one came to the desk to help. There were five of us waiting and the could care less. Finally, someone came to the counter and after a few people and give more minutes it was my turn. Told them my name, they went away, came back and said they hadn't gotten to it yet, give them 20 more minutes. I said I will take my business to someone who cares, give me back my prescription. And there was no sorry, it was more like YES, we pissed off another customer. Let's celebrate!

I love this store! I've been going here for as long as they have been in business and find them to be a great asset to myself and the community. The staff is always curious AND very knowledgable. out of town guests are often jealous if they don't have anything comparable in their hometown. How fortunate we are in Boulder.
