I am really lucky to have Vail Valley Pharmacy right up the road from where I live. The first time I walked in there, I was honestly shocked to find so many amazing products including toys, skin care, anti-aging, wine, supplements, reading glasses, jewelry, gloves & hats, and of course, a full pharmacy. My six year old LOVES going in there with me too. The place is immaculate and the pharmacists and other employees are so helpful - they all make me feel right at home. Everyone in the Valley should check them out!

I just wanted to write a quick note and express my gratitude for the wonderful customer service exhibited by your pharmacists. While vacationing in Vail, we had a prescription for my daughter called in from Kansas City. It was a bit complicated, and your staff kept us informed all day of the progress, including notifying us when the script was ready and working through any insurance hurdles. To me, this is exemplary customer service and I think it's important to let the public know about this.
