I have been going to Dr. Close for many years. He has always been very nice to me but he is very busy. I have always hated going to the dentist because of the pain but I can truely say he is the first dentist I've been to who did not hurt as much as that is possible. He May not be Mr. Personality ( probably because he's busy ) but he is good and seems to put my dental health an needs first. The hygienest have always been very nice also. Remember your at the dentist and hands and tools are in your mouth so your not there to talk. I do think he needs to hire another dentist to help out because he's so busy. I would recommend Dr. Close to anybody.

This is the most rudest individual I have ever encountered. I feel sorry for his staff because they are a savior for this man. WILL NOT BE BACK AND I HOPE THE WORD GETS OUT. TERRIBLE IS NOT THE WORDS TO USE ABOUT HIS BEHAVIOR...HOW IS HE STILL IN BUSINESS?

Every since I've been going everybody has been super nice and patient with me. The dentist offered to buff my front teeth at the bottom to make them level and to fix the little chipped spots...for free! Never had a dentist mention such. He cares about my smile I feel. His staff is super nice too :D go here and forget the reviews by the nervous anxious fussy people who hate dentist offices and think they don't make billing mistakes. I don't like going to the dentist but they made me feel at ease. :D

Overall a horrible experience. The dental hygienists were rude and did not do a good job. The one young girl even persisted to charge extra for my cleaning due to using a water squirting tool- which I've had done before at my usual dentist but had never been charged an extra $90 for its use. I've always had good teeth. Only two cavities in my lifetime. In this visit I was told I needed a sealing and a redone filling. I've never heard of either of these procedures. When dr. Close did do these he ended up fracturing my tooth which he only admitted to after the X-rays were done, almost a month later. He was very rude to his female staff and seemed to enjoy degrading them in front of me. He also neglected to give me a numbing agent even after I asked prior to the first procedure. Even after he fixed his mistake I am back in (a different) office because my tooth has finally chipped from where he did his hack job of a repair. I have been urged by several attorneys to sue but we'll see what the new dentist says.

I am changing dentists because of Dr. Close. He is very rude. He doesnt care if you are in pain during his work. The staff seem to have nothing but bad things to say about him, they are intimidated by him. The receptionist who handles appointments and insurance should have an entire rating entry written about how terrible he is. I feel great that I am finally switching to Dr. Barr and am never looking back!
