Not sure where the 5 star review came from, must've been a relative bc the other reviews seem to be right on the money. Appoinent was at 945, noon came and went and my wife STILL hadn't seen the doctor. We also had an X-ray done, even though it had ready been established by the referring doctor that it was ligament damage which you can't see on an X-ray. Just another doctor trying to suck your insurance dry. Spare yourself some frustration and find someone else.

I left his office feeling dismissed and angry. I felt like I had just received the worst care and wasn't listened to at all. I felt humiliated & as though I did not receive any worthwhile advice or instruction.

I arrived for my appointment early, but waited 45mins to be initially called back. They began to take X-Rays even though I already had them done, then I waited in a room for over an hour and a half! For Dr. Loeb to see me. I reminded them and they suggested I take a nap as it would be a while longer. After a total of 2.5 hrs from my appointment time in zips Dr. Loeb, and writes me a referral to have an MRI done. TOTAL waist of my time, sick leave, and money. When I returned for a follow up he says I have a fracture but wouldn't even worry about anything for at least 2 months and that I should return in a month to see him. Summary: 3 days off from work, 3 visits and $120.00 in copays, End Result. "Don't even worry about the pain or the fracture for at least 2 months and no actual diagnosis here just come back and see me in a month." ......Question........WHY?
