I had an appointment on a Wednesday at 9:30 am. I thought I was going to be the only one there, but there were quite a few other women waiting. Unlike the above reviews I wanted them to RUSH me out so I can get it done and over with! Turns out I didn't have the actual abortion until about 12:15. But I understand that they only do it 2 days out the week so that;s why it took so long. The nurses were very caring and helpful. They are very professional like and the surrounding puts you at ease. Long story short the actual procedure hurted like hell and I'll never go through that again. But the nurses and the doctor whom performed it had very comforting voices and knew what to say to help you through it. Afterward you sit in the recovery room which is EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. They offer free snacks such as cookies and cheddar cracker or candy; as well as apple juice or gingerale. If you drove you have to wait at least an hour before they let you go, but if you had someone to drive you you can wait 30 min or less. Me I wanted to get back home so 10 min was good with me even though I felt dizzy walking out. Overall the experience was once in a lifetime, but I must admit the staff are very wonderful!

when you first go in to fill out paperwork, the nurses take their time and are open to talking with you. but the day you come in to have any services done, it's like a revolving door of rooms and people and they shuffle you around like it's all normal and you - as a patient - have done this a thousand times. it's pretty weird and uncomfortable. i wish i didn't feel like i was rushed out the door before i even caught my breath. too bad this place is practically your only option in town really to get these procedures done, otherwise i would suggest a different place.

I can't speak 4 these women but from my own experience I went last year I did not get treated badly at all a nurse stays with u during the procedure and talks u through it because I was scared and after the procedure they have a recovery room for the women they were great wit me and I would recommend it 2

They aren't very caring here. Very cold. Seem to be just out for the services and less for the women themselves.
