Agreed that doctor is wonderful, but billing department seems very confused. Quest Diagnostics keeps telling me that is a very simplistic issue that the doctors office can fix, but they keep failing to do so, hitting me with huge fees.

Geat Doctor, but beware of billing. They will bill you for Co-pays paid at time of service or submit charges wrong and then try to make you pay. I know of at least two others who have the same problem.
