The orthodontists here are wonderful, I particularly like Doctor Murphy. However, the staff is horrible. They are rude to the patients, do not do a good job, and have no chair-side manners. Every time I have gone there I leave feeling disgusted at my service. Even the front desk ladies can be very rude and careless. None of the rudeness would have been so bad if it wasn't for their terrible service. I came in several times because my braces kept breaking or were making large sores in my mouth. Frequently they would tell me that it was just part of the pain of having braces and would continue to offer me solutions that didn't work. The staff has lied to me and told me that I could not be seen between appointments, even though I had broken metal in my mouth. They belittled me and I have seen them act with the same careless, insensitive manner to other patients. In summary, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
