Wait 20 minutes to get assistance. I asked two associate to page someone to the department I needed help in, then called on my cellphone and waited another 10 minutes for assistance There were maybe 20 customers in th whole store. I will not return to this location. Way to go!!

Everyone is always talking about Walmart's great 4.00 generic Rx program. I despise Walmart and everything they stand for, but now that my Dad's in the donut hole, I thought - If that's what we need to do to get him his meds, that's what we'll do. I called to check it out. TWO of his 11 generics are on thier bogus 4.00 plan. Hardly worth the trip from Byron. Should have know it wasn't what it was toted to be.

I stopped to get my son a Bear's cap on the way home last week. I was in and out within ten minutes. Impressive

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. my boyfriend ordered a ring from them, at first they said 5 weeks. we waited and called to see if it was in. THEY DIDNT EVEN FKN ORDER IT!!! like WTF! then we waited then we had to wait another MONTH and it still wasnt done!! FOUR MONTHS DOWN THE ROAD I CALL AND SEE IF ITS DONE, the lady gives me a b!tchy attitude and told me he would have to call tosee if its done...and the lines are wayyyy to long and kind of DIRTY ENVIROMENT

Walmart Employees Work hard and they Do there best dealing with customers especially around this time of year. They are humans also. To get respect you must give respect. Many blessings to all!
