By far the best dentist office around, had my first visit last Friday, very helpful, understanding and thorough. Went in for a full exam after a horrible experience at another dentist, they were very understanding of my fears and concerns. They listened to what I had to say & even were able to adjust their schedule to get me in for a couple fillings at the same time. LOVE THEM!! :)

I went to Declaration Dental in May 2014. Before I went I called ahead to see if they could work something out because I just moved here and my insurance was not going to be effective until June 1 and this was like the 28th or 29th of May. She told me no that I would have to apply for Care Credit. I did that got approved and then went to get broken tooth fixed. After two visits I got a call from the office manager and asked me to call him back. I was in a meeting and called him when I got out about 90 mins later. I found out there was two addresses with the billing of the credit card so I called and fixed it, however Tim went and called the people I was staying with while visiting Monticello and questioned them about me and if I was who I said I was???? Like really?? Who does he think he is? Then the first week of August I get a statement from my insurance Company and found out Declaration Dental in fact did summit billing for the very same services they had me pay for with my care credit account...... WOW, so they committed fraud, violated my HIPPA rights and yet so proudly preach Jesus all over their office. Shame on them for being the false, fake frauds they are. Horrible. and Dr. Reise wouldn't even call me back to talk about what his brother Tim the office manager did, wow...... nice practices there Declaration Dental. Stay far far far away from this office.
