My visit was nice, direct staff were wonderful. However, I came there as an emergency visit. I was visiting the town I applied to care credit and was given $2,500.00 credit ( I needed a tooth refilled). I gave the address on the credit app of my home address, I gave them the address of where I was staying. Care Credit sent a letter to them with concern. The office staff went and researched where I was staying, called them and questioned them about my identity. Before even talking to me. They called my phone once left a message and I returned their call within the hour but yet in the hour they called friends and questioned them about me. I am very disappointed. I feel my privacy has been violated. I want the staff member who made that call fired.
