Horrible billing experience. They are so lost and confused I am getting bills that have been closed for 2 years and now they are sending everything to collection agency after it was closed. I am not sure if it is new billing system or new manager, my advice get rid of it.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO. I wouldn't go here if I was dying of a gunshot wound. I have been refused treatment at this hospital twice and been misdiagnosed and mistreated several other times at this location.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT GO! I clearly stated to the admitting nurse that my primary physician had relocated and I just needed a refill on my prescription for predisone for gout. She ushered me through their little system and did not inform me of anything in regards to procedure, did NOT collect my insurance card informing me of any out of pocket expenses and allowed me to get hit with an out of pocket expense of $250!!!!! For what turned out to be a $4 prescription at Walmart. No ethics whatsoever. When I explained how others had charged my copay at $50 for this service in the past they acted like I couldn't read and that it was my fault. Avoid doing business with these people if you are not dying, they are running a complete scam. Also they had me sign a consent for "treatment" AFTER I received it. This has easily been the WORST customer service experience I have ever had.
TERRIBLE!! nurses and PAs, and health care professionals do not care about you. I visited this ER center for 10/10 painful headache with big bumps on my scalp, the PA nor the nurse even touched my head...
