Friendly staff who remember me every time.

I had to wonder if I was looking up the same dentist as the previous reviews commented on. I find the billing at Willow Run to be accurate and timely. Questions I have had regarding bills were promptly answered and the clerical staff is always friendly and make the experience VERY GOOD! I have 5 children and a trip to the dentist can be quite intimidating. I would never consider taking them to an office where the staff was anything but attentive to our individual needs and concerns. THEY ARE GREAT!!

I have been going to this dental office for more than ten years and they have always been friendly, professional and fair. I'm not crazy about going to the dentist and I don't always do what I should for my own oral health but they never lecture me or try to make me feel bad they just work with me to try to improve.

1. They took my x-rays without using a lead blanket. It has been reported to the Maine Dental Board. 2. I paid them upon completion of my filing work; my insurance company paid them the difference; but now they keep billing me for more money. (As if they don't make more than enough already)
