I had no problem with the staff, my problems is with Dr. Kippax. He asks me questions and cuts me off and assumes what I'm going to say. I've been there two times now and every visit with him has been very off putting. He's friendly with older patients and staff, once he steps in my room his attitude changes. I went in the very next day because I saw remains of bone that should have been removed. He proceeds to poke around naming everything he saw in a condescending tone. This man does not shut his mouth long enough to LISTEN as to what is going on with the patient. The medical field is NOT a place for someones ego. My healing is actually taking longer because I have a bone sticking out the side of my gum. This is what I went in to have removed and he says "everything looks fine and where it should be." If he spent more time focused on the job at hand and not his ego I wouldn't have to go in a THIRD TIME. I will not go back as he's obviously incompetent, I'll find another dentist to fix his botch work.
