the pharmacist is very great at explaining medications to any person! the pharmacy and all the employees are very helpful thanks to all the cvs employees at kearney mo!

It was an excellent addition to local Kearney business until they expanded, began using floating pharmacy staff, losing prescriptions and the manager of this particular CVS, not the pharmacy, the store has to be the laziest individual I've ever witnessed in a position of authority and a dismal failure at customer service. Over $6,000.00 of their annual prescription fund from my family alone has moved to Walgreens in Liberty. Sorry Stephanie, Renee, Jodi, all the great originals!

I am a long time CVS shopper and also a health professional. I have always received courteous and prompt help from all employees here. I believe that most unhappy customers place their blame on the wrong person or they have unrealistic expectations of their pharmacy.

I've never had a problem here. The customer service has always been above and beyond. Always willing to show me right where the product is that I'm looking for. And the staff is very well educated and willing to answer any questions I may have.
