Over the course of three Myofascial Release sessions, Owen helped me to understand what was causing my symptoms and how I could work with my body on my own to alleviate them. To date, six years later, neither the back nor the TMJ pain has returned. I highly recommend Owen to anyone.

Owen is in all respects the consummate professional. He applied his excellent knowledge of anatomy and command of physiological function to a alleviate a painful stiff neck that had been plagueing me for over a year. He is well acquainted with different body therapy regimens in addition to his own and referred me to an acupuncturist for relief of the pain. Through the course of his work he has made me infinitely more aware of my body and given me an exercise routine that has kept at bay a lower back problem that I have been dealing with for 30 years. I highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in maintaining a high degree of body awareness or is in need of chronic pain relief.

I recently broke my toe, and within a couple days of hopping around taking care of children and attempting to protect my toe, I also hurt my lower back. This quickly was hurting worse than my toe - really awful pain, almost to the point of not being able to stand up straight. Owen was absolutely wonderful in every way - he fit me in to a last minute appointment, was able to identify and explain in understandable terms what was going on in my back, talked through how I could address the source of the pain and protect my back in the future, and (best of all!) after 2 sessions my back felt completely fine. I am still marveling that I went from terrible pain to great ease in a matter of a couple days. Owen truly has a gift for this work, and I recommend him highly!!

Chronic low back pain motivated me to go see Owen Dodge at Triangle Body Therapy for Myofascial Release. Other things helped my pain temporarily, but the pain completely went away after my first appointment with Owen. Six months later, my back still feels great!
