Horrible experience at this joke of an urgent care clinic. The website said it was a 20 minute wait. What they don't tell you is that is only to have your vital signs taken. After waiting 2+ hours after having vitals taken in the waiting room, I asked and was told if would probably be about 2 more hours because there were 4 people in front of me. It was obvious they were highly unorganized as they couldn't properly keep track of which patients had been seen. The happiest people I saw was some staff as they left for the day. Bottom line, don't waste your time here when there are several options within 10 minutes of this sad example of how a health care facility should not operate.

Seeking emergancy services and antibiotics for a severe abscess , I came to this location. It is minutes walking distance from my house. I was turned away from this location due to lack of insurance.

Waitin time is too long . This is my fourth continues appointment which is very late. They should respect other time .

I brought my 11 year old in last night for a possible broken finger and was expecting the worst, but was very pleasantly surprised. Everyone from the receptionst to the Doctor was extremely friendly and we were in and out in under an hour including x-rays.
