The doctors and staff at Aspen Dental are OUTSTANDING!!! They are very friendly and professional. I felt very very comfortable with the doctor!! The facility is clean. I will totally recommend it to anyone. Will be going there for all my dental care!! Thank you Aspen Dental for making my visit such at fabulous experience!!!

Absolutely the best staff. I called the office on a holiday because I broke a tooth and was in pain. Jessica, office manager, told me to come right down. Michelle asked what happened and took xrays. After the xrays Jon asked how I was doing and got me into a chair. Dr. Mohammed examined my xrays and explained my options in clear, easy to understand terms. He took the time to answer all my questions so I felt comfortable that I was making the best decision for my treatment. Dr. Mohammed then went to work on my tooth making sure that I was as comfortable as possible. They even worked on my partial denture while they were working on my tooth to make sure it would work after the dental work. WOW!!!

Quick service. Never had to wait too long, even when I was late. All the staff I met there acts like a family, a little detail which makes a big difference in how comfortable I feel. Had a number of issues to take care of in the past year and I was pleased with the service every time. Dentists and assistants were compassionate, patient, and gentle. My experience at Aspen Dental went as well as any trip to the dentest could have. All of the staff were extremely nice. The waiting room wait was not long at all. The X-rays I had done by Jess were quick and painless. The assistant Michelle was very sweet and helpful. Dr. Muhammed was very nice and seemed extremely knowledgeable. The hygienist Paige gave me the best cleaning I have ever received and did it with a smile. Overall I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Middletown, NY.

I spent the whole weekend in agony waiting for my appointment on monday with aspen dental.after a trip to the ER and no sleep I was ready to go to my appointment ...I came in for my appointment with my jaw completely swollen and in pain I explained to the dentist that I was in pain all weekend and she could see that my jaw was swollen,so they proceeded to do 1500.00 xrays which my insurance covered and then leaned me back in the chair tapped on a couple of my teeth and said ok ill give you a prescription for antibiotics and walked out of the office..when I asked what about the pain that has been keeping me up for two days she simply said take ibuprofen...I explained that if this pain was something that ibuprofen could take care of I wouldn't be sitting in this chair ...but she insisted that that would work and walked away....so in closing I went to there office and they did absolutely nothing for me except of course charge my insurance 1500.00 for xray that they will not use cause I will never go there again...unprofessional,and definitely not sympathetic to there patients needs.
