CONSUMER ALERT! As long as everything goes these people's way, everything is fine. Let them make a mistake, and their "true colors" will come out. Denial, refusal, false statements, literally anything it takes to keep from "owning up". Very sad to find out the true personalties of the people I had "trusted" for years!!
