love this place!! Brad and his staff are awesome!! i went in on christmas eve with a sore throat only to find out i had severe strep!!! they also went above and beyond and scheduled me for an allergy test, so i could determine what has been making me so sick so often. i went 19 years not knowing i had developed a severe allergy to dogs. they immediatelty started treatment for me, and since i did not have insurance at the time, brad went out of his way and helped me get on soonercare! i love this place and highly recommend it to everyone!
I must say I have been there several times with an 18m old, Brad is awesome and would go back to see him in a heart beat, but the staff is very unprofessional and very rude, my child had an appointment not a walk in at 4:00 we did not get seen until 6:30 (from an appointment) then I went to get her meds at 7:00 I called the clinic to let them know pharamcy was out of meds I needed something called in that night or we would end up at the ER or being admited (per the practioner) nothing was called in nor did I get a phone call back from the clinic, I CALLED the clinic the next day at 9:00 AM when they opened, did not hear anything back, called again at 11:00 did not hear anything again, called again at 2:00 to let them know my 18m old had a follow up at 3:00 but still did not have meds so I didn't see much use in the follow up could someone please call me back, NEVER got a call back again, I went to the 3:00 appointment set there until 4:00 when another patient walked in asking to see Brad to only over hear he was not in, they did not even tell me that after I had been calling all day and was there to see him. I ASKED the front lady if she would please go get a nurse that my child needed her meds and I would reschedule for when Brad was there, she did not go get in a nurse so I told her the whole situation to only relise the office manager was behind her listening to the whole thing and only turned around to look at me, never jumped in or said I am sorry nothing, so when I got home I called back out there again demanding they get a hold of brad and have him call personally, I FINALLY got to speak to the office manager who was not much help at all and did not see why I was so upset, Brad personally called me at 9:00 that eveneing to appoligize and get the medicine called in, I did go back that next morning for a follow up with Brad as he said we will get you right in you will not have to wait at all I WILL just bring you back, I still waited in the waiting room for 45 mins as they did not tell him I was there, he was beside his self. Brad is an awesome practioner but as for the clinic I do not like anything or anyone about it, me being a nurse and an office manage I know how things should clearly run and I know people get busy but that is not an excuse to not get medications for 24 hours, would they let their heart patients or hypertension patients go without medications that long? I would hope not!
