In giving constructive criticism one should always start with a compliment, give the feedback, then end with another compliment. I am unable to do this, unfortunately. This is not personal. I do not want anyone to go through what I am STILL going through with them...over 2 months later. It took nearly a month just to get my prescription. Then they billed my insurance incorrectly. It took 2 weeks or more to figure out how I was going to get that money back, because without it I cannot order contacts. They have followed through with ONE call back and that was because I had to express how frustrated I was with my experience; however, I'm still waiting on a call back that my refund will be ready (waiting 2 days now) and unfortunately don't expect to hear from them...I am pretty sure I will have to call them up, just to be told that the doctor hasn't signed the check yet. Unfortunately, and I do mean that, I could write pages on how poorly I have been treated and cared for by this clinic. From the financial end that I just mentioned to the front reception that are 50% of the time congenial, to the doctor who simply doesn't have it together. I hope this is not how everyone is treated. But I find it of great importance to share mine, so that people can be wary before choosing this clinic.
Over all exam was good. Found out what exactly I needed. Wait for glasses is far to long. I live out of town and only come in once a week. Glasses were delivered on Friday but was told that because they are short handed they could not go through to find them. I told them I only come in to town on Fridays that lady said she would see me next Friday then. Very unprofessional. Customer care is very low priority for them. Will never do business there again.
