Dosen't anyone at Bentonville get it that this store is going downhill every day I complained to Jerry 6months ago and he assured me he would look into the problems at this store with the manager. WELL WE ARE THROUGH . We are taking our money and going somewhere else to spend it .We are tired of the attitude of the people this manager employes. I know there must be good people in denton who would work for walmart seems though that management has one style and only one style of people he hires. Goodby Walmart too bad after all these years .

Lines are always long and Speedy Checkout takes forever. No self checkout either and if there was one, I could ring up my items faster in a coma! I went here today and waited 15 minutes in the Speedy Checkout lane. Then the register apparently broke, and the 16yo floor manager came and told everyone in line to go to another lane. He didn't move us to a new, empty lane or anything, so I had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes in another line. Absolutely ridiculous! Every time I go here, Speedy Checkout is always slow, but today it was extremely slow!!!!!!!

Worst of the WORST! Way too long of lines and they are more expensive than the one on Loop 288!

This walmart is the worst! I've had the unfortunate experience of this being my local walmart and time and time again it always seems to disappoint. Look, I know working there must suck but NEVER have I been asked if I need help, and when it's cold/flu season the employees cease to assume that we would refrain from them touching every single item after they've coughed and/or sneezed on their hands. However, if there is one thing I could say that drives me freaking nuts is their pharmacy. THEY ARE THE WORST PHARMACY IN DENTON!!!!! There is only ONE person named Darren who knows what he's doing and/or cares about anyone. I was told my prescription was going to be ready at 7pm. They don't have it ready until 8:53pm. I call them to tell them I'm 1min away (literally) and to please not shut down on me. She tells me they have already closed their doors, its 8:58pm and there is nothing they can do. I pull up at the drive through at 8:59pm, push the call button and NOBODY ANSWERS!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! How the hell are you going to fill my prescription 7mins from closing and then refuse to acknowledge me with 1 freaking minute till closing. I then call the manager on duty while driving home only to be cut off 3 times and told me I needed to talk to the pharmacy, which was closed. I know they're closed, they refused to help me, this is why I called you. Yeah, no. Manager my a**. I know nobody will take the time to read this except for someone from walmart corporate and even then they won't care. Transferring all my stuff to CVS because tonight was bull. On a serious note, take the time to find a CVS/Walgreen to go to because this walmart pharmacy will give you nothing but a headache. SMH

Clean and well stocked. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Most importantly of all to me, truck friendly. Thanks guys! You have no idea how much it means to a driver just to have a safe place to park for the night and restock some supplies. To everyone ragging on this store... come check out a Walmart in the northeast, then we'll talk! You have no idea how good you have it!
